In-home caregivers are the heart of what we do. You work directly with clients in their homes — helping with personal care, companionship, meals, and daily living. No prior experience required; we train every new caregiver before their first shift.

What the work involves
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Meal preparation and light kitchen clean-up
- Medication reminders (not administration)
- Companionship, conversation, and social engagement
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
What we look for
- Genuine compassion and patience — this is the most important thing
- Reliability and punctuality (clients and families depend on you)
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required — we train you
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
